Shipping is only available within the US.
I pack and ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays so there is less chance your plant will get stuck at the post office over the weekend.

Most plants may look a little rough after shipping (bent leaf, drooping, etc.), but should bounce back soon (within 7-10 days) after acclimating to your home. If you are concerned about your plant when it arrives, be sure to photograph it before unpacking it. Email me along with the photo and I will send some advice on how to rehab your plant.
If your plant has been damaged in shipping beyond what is considered reasonable, please contact me immediately and depending on what I have available, I can arrange a replacement/refund.
Please note that the replacement/refund policy does not cover the following:
- Cosmetic imperfection caused by transit
- Death or damage caused by buyer
- Delays or damage from mail courier
- Minor amounts of root rot
